Times given are off peak hours This is an open plan spacious 3 bedroomed villa in a gated community off the Spintex Road, Lashibi area, Tema, Greater Accra. It is a fully furnished house and self contained. You will have your own private lounge, dining and kitchen. House has air conditioning in lounge and all bedrooms with ceiling fans and floor fan. In addition, we have a generator to man all appliances and air conditioners in case the authorities in the neighbourhood switch off the electricity temporarily. The contemporary kitchen is fully equiped for self catering. Each bedroom has a double bed (one ensuite with king sized bed) with wardrobe and enough space for luggage. House has internet Wifi (subject to top up). The internet Wifi is supplied by a modem. Customer is repsonsible for topping up data required. The entire villa, porch and compound is private and self contained for your private use. Guests will be allocated bedrooms as per number given to AirBnB. Other bedrooms in the villa will not be open to guests nor given to others during guest's stay. There is a caretaker on hand who will give total privacy or any assistance if required. Caretaker lives in an outer house therefore your villa is private and secure. The Villa is situated in a very quiet gated community off the KFC Junction Spintex Road, Lashibi area, Tema, Greater Accra. There is security at the gate where the villa is situated and guests are safe. The villa is within 10 minutes car distance from all shops and restaurants. The villa is situated 15 minutes car drive from The Junction Mall and 20-30 minutes from Palace Mall and the Accra Mall shopping centres. The malls have over 40 retail outlets including banks, pharmacy, restuarnts, banks, etc. You do not need to leave the area to access conveniences and leisure. The villa is also suited 35 minutes drive from the airport via the motorway (if driving off peak hours) Taxi rank at the junction outside the gated community within 5 minutes walk. Uber available. The caretaker is also available to call a taxi for you to come inside the villa compound. The Villa is fitted with a prepaid meter which will be preloaded with 50 cedis of credit to get you started. Guests are responsible for buying more credit as required depending on the use of air conditioning and heating. The generator is topped up with fuel on arrival. Guests can use generator when there is 'lights off' in the area. Guests are responsible for topping up fuel.
