Stunning views of the mountains and slopes from this beautifully positioned and spacious 1 bedroom apartment. Wake up to a view of the ski slopes from the bedroom having had glass of wine the previous night looking at the star filled night sky from the balcony. The apartment is of a very high standard and there is everything you need to ensure your holiday is perfect. WIFI, Sound System with bluetooth connectivity, New 46" Smart TV, Blueray / DVD Player. CD's, DVD's and games to play. The apartment has recently been refurnished and is of a very high standard. In addition to the double bedroom there are 2 comfortable double bed settees in the lounge area so the apartment can sleep 6. There is also a private underground garage providing secure parking for your vehicle. There is FREE WIFI, TV, DVD player and bluetooth enabled sound system all modern day essentials where children are involved! There are excellent restaurants in the village but we’ve found catering in the apartment suits our family better & there are all the cooking utensils you need. Appliances include cooker, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine/tumble dryer (Very handy as it enables you to travel light and avoid expensive baggage costs), iron , microwave, kettle, toaster, Dolce Gusto Coffee Machine, Filter Coffee maker, hairdryer & both UK & European extension sockets which provide plenty of charging points. The balcony is perfect for taking in the wonderful views of the mountains and ski slopes. The skiing, ski school, bars & restaurants are all excellent as is the mountain biking, walks & many other summer activities. There are also 2 excellent Health Spas in Piolets Spa & the Sports Wellness. These are all the reasons that after many years of skiing & walking in many different places we decided to buy an apartment in Soldeu. The friendly, safe environment has proved to be perfect for our family & I cannot recommend the location or indeed the apartment enough. The Kitchen provides everything you need from granite work tops, lots of utensils, pots & pans & all the appliances you need for full self-catering. The apartment is self contained and is for the guests exclusive use. There is shared access and lifts in the apartment block. I try and ski out in Andorra as much as possible over the Season but if I am not available a very good friend of mine lives all year round in Soldeu and will be available. Soldeu is a wonderful, friendly ski village. The Village comes alive in the ski season with most of the bars offering live music for either apres ski or later in the evening. It is very child friendly, my daughters all love it and have all learnt to ski there from the age of 4 or 5. There are some very good restaurants too and all are reasonably priced in comparison to many ski resorts. There is underground parking with the apartment. Busses run regularly and the bus stop is just outside the apartment. Transfers from both Barcelona and Toulouse are regular and again the stop is very close to the apartment. The apartment is a short walk to the Soldeu Gondola station, it's about 6 to 7 minutes door to door.
