Taylor Cottage is a beautiful 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home, nestled in a quiet courtyard setting. The cottage has fantastic access for coastal paths, World Famous Golf Courses and great location for a range of outdoor activities for all the family. A few minutes drive from the historic town of St Andrews, the cottage has large open garden areas, off road parking, Free Wifi, Log Fire, bluetooth speaker, TVs in all rooms with 55" TV in living room (sky sports on request). Over two levels, accommodation comprises entrance hallway, lounge with attractive, contemporary furnishings, log fire and 55" Smart TV, separate dining room seating eight, brand new fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer etc, one master bedroom on ground floor with en-suite, one double bedroom and two twin rooms on the second floor, there is a family bathroom with over-bath shower on the second floor. Guests have access to the house; courtyard and all garden area there is also an outhouse for storage and a tumble dryer for communal use, off-road parking for several vehicles. Its really important that you have the most enjoyable stay therefore I will try to assist in anyway to make that possible. You will receive check in instructions the day before your arrival with directions to the Cottage and the lock box details for the keys. Dron Court farmhouse and outbuildings originated in the 17th century on the site of a hilltop watering and resting place used by monks travelling to and from St. Andrews. One of the five original wells has been restored and forms part of the landscaping which makes the courtyard so attractive. The site, with two acres of garden, overlooks the Eden Valley with its wealth of bird life and the River Eden itself! A car is really required for staying in this property although taxis are available. The 9th available bed is a pull out bed. For the use of this bed there is £75 extra charge applied. Thank you.
