Kitchenette with kettle toaster fridge microwave sink linen cupboard electric frypan. Separate shower toilet. Outdoor courtyard. Short walk to tram bus small shopping centre (supermarket post office butcher wine shop boulangerie fruit and veg shop). Several cafes and restaurants in easy walking distance. Also restaurants (Thai Vietnamese Nepalese) and pub and Cinema. I am generally available and use texts to communicate. Lovely area, old bluestone houses, nearby parks, stunning Art Deco cinema. Free street parking (4 hr restrictions Mon to Fri but can provide temporary permit) and if necessary can make carport available. Short walk to bus and tram stops. I am double vaccinated plus booster.
