Homestay in beautiful rural north Dorset

One double bedroom with en suite bathroom, private living room with TV and fridge, and one single bedroom with bathroom. I provide a daily continental breakfast, coffee and tea and a cake is supplied. Fantastic walks straight out of the front door (maps are provided). The well reputed local pub, The Forester in Donhead st Andrew, is a ten minute walk. The coast and Bath are a one hour drive and there are plenty of local interesting places to visit such as Stourhead, Shaftesbury and Longleat. Yeomans cottage is a delightful 19th century cottage located on the edge of Donhead st Andrew, within close distance of the picturesque market towns of Tisbury and Shaftesbury. The bedrooms and sitting room are light and beautifully appointed with lined curtains, quality beds and high thread count bedding and fluffy towels. The village of Donhead st Andrew is renowned for some of the most beautiful scenery of North Dorset,with rolling hills and views stretching to Win Green, one of the highest points in Dorset. The area is rich is cultural points of interest such as Messums gallery inTisbury, Hauser and Wirth in Bruton, Stourhead house and gardens and Longleat. Guests have use of the upstairs sitting room which is private and adjoins the double bedroom. Breakfast is served in the dining room but is not available for guests use beyond 11am. Guests are welcome to enjoy the garden at any time. There is off street parking for two cars. The entrance and staircase is shared. I will always be there to greet you and help with local questions and advice. I will provide breakfast between (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) , but can be flexible depending on requirements. A car is recommended but I am happy to supply local taxis numbers if you are arriving into Gillingham or Tisbury. I have a friendly Jack Russell called Milly. As this is quiet residential area, I would ask that guests are mindful of my neighbours.
