Treehouse in the Columbia River Gorge!

Aptly named the Osprey Treehouse because the Osprey spent the summer hovering and watching us build the treehouse. This 20 foot Octagon is built around a single grand old Douglas Fir that is 42” in diameter. There are oversized windows and a sliding door that give you the feeling of being high up in the trees. This treehouse sleeps 2 to 3. The entrance into the treehouse is level and parking is close. Cleaning fee $50 and applicable taxes are already added to your bill. The Osprey Treehouse is separate and nestled in the trees of our 30 acres of gorgeous waterfront property. Skamania Coves has 7 vacation homes (the treehouse included) and multiple RV spaces (open in the Spring and Summer). The Columbia River Train runs along both sides of the river, it is part of the culture and can't be avoided. Guests of the Osprey Treehouse have full access to the 3 Coves down along the river. Picnicking during good weather. Fabulous storm watching on windy days. Guests are welcome to walk the property, we ask that you respect the privacy of other guests staying in our other vacation rentals. We have a manager who lives onsite. We visit our property often and can be available when there. We are a mile east of Stevenson, Washington. This cute town has restaurants, a grocery store, post office, book store and other shopping. Nearby Carson Hot Springs. More eating and shopping in White Salmon and Hood River. Tons of hiking, white water rafting, wine tasting, brewery tasting.
