A well equipped suite with everything you need. A comfortable double bed and pull out sofa bed for extra guests. A fully equipped kitchen including fridge freezer, microwave, oven and hob. Relax in the spa and take in the spectacular views, have a swim in the swim spa or just chill on the deck on the comfy garden furniture. Use of charcoal bbq (charcoal not provided) This decking area is not shared, it's for your use only. Feel free to wander around our land and meet the mini ponies. The unit has everything you need, a comfortable bed, and pull out sofa bed for extra guests, fully equipped kitchen, wifi, freeview tv and DVDs for a rainy day. Gorgeous views from the lounge. Towels and linen provided. Approximately 5 minutes off state highway 16, perfect if you are needing a stop over if you are travelling North. One hours drive into the city, less than 10 minutes to Gibbs farm and 20 minutes to the historic town of Warkworth. Lovely walks surround the property. The property is set on 4 1/2 acres. We are more than happy to chat and answer any questions you may have or equally we are happy to respect your privacy, just call or text if you need anything. You will be astounded by the beautiful surroundings of the property and the peace and tranquility. We have neighbours but we are all quite far apart and we never hear each other apart from maybe a neighbour's sheep! As the property is rural a car is needed as there are no bus routes around this area. However there are some lovely walks. Feel free to wander anywhere on our land, make up a picnic and relax in one of the paddocks. Make the most of the fabulous entertaining area with spa, swimspa, comfy outdoor furniture and bbq. Please note that during the winter months of July and August the heated spa is available, however the swim spa will NOT be available. Bear in mind that we are 20 minutes drive from the nearest shop.
