Goatlandia Cottage - Studio - Summer Retreat

Goatlandia cottage (built in 1905) is an historic piece of Patagonia. Your room has private entrance at the front of the porch off the front patio which can be considered your patio space and patio furniture and a bbq grill. Room has a private bathroom and shower. Small refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster oven, coffee maker and TV. Host/homeowner is a geologist, quiet, mellow and lives on site. Happy to help you with any questions. Small Gym (free), Laundry ($10), Bicycle Rental ($20/day) Off-room patio for tenant use, yard space with fire pit is shared with host and Goatlandia Airflyte guest. Host lives on-site House is located two blocks from the market and town hall. Easy walk to everything! Lots to do and see. Nature hikes and biking are popular. Patagonia Lake State Park is only 7miles away. Walkable town. Greyhound bus to/from Nogales/Tucson/Sierra Vista. Limited schedule.
