Citrus Tree House, private pool and garden.

Beautiful self-catering rural house situated in a peaceful village, 15 minutes from long white sand beaches. 45 minute drive South from Porto, 10 minutes from the beautiful canal city of Aveiro. The house can sleep up to 12 guests, 3 en-suite bedrooms, lounge and dining area. We have a BBQ with a pizza oven, a garden with a mini citrus orchard and a pool. Please note the pool may be closed down for the winter months. We have a local host that will welcome our guests after they have checked in. Our three en-suite bedrooms consist of two rooms upstairs and one downstairs. The green room - This light spacious room on the ground floor has a double sized bed and a spacious day bed that can pull out to a double. With the added option of a travel cot. This room has an adjoining shower room, TV and DVD player and glass doors leading onto the patio and pool area. The pink room - This cosy room is on the first floor and has a double sized bed and bunk beds. This room has fitted a wardrobe, a dressing table and a large bathroom with a bath and shower. The blue room - The master bedroom, with a double sized bed and bunk beds. This room has fitted wardrobes, a dressing table and a large bathroom with a bath and shower. This room also has a private balcony over looking the pool and with views of the countryside. We have a cosy lounge with a TV that is set for DVDs. Our kitchen has everything you will need to cook meals, hob, oven and dishwasher. Our garden has grassy areas with citrus trees, sun lounging patios and dining area. Private house, with just a couple of cupboards locked for hosts belongings. We live remotely but are available via email. We have a cleaner who will make the house ready for your arrival. The gardener may attend to tidying during your stay, if your would prefer for complete privacy please let him know, he will check with you first. Our house is in a beautiful quaint village, with many walks through the country side and along the river and ancient water mills. The local shops are a short drive or 30 minute walk away, with a weekly market, butchers and small supermarket. Please note this is not a party house. The house is situated in a small close knit community. Disturbance after hours will result in the authorities being called and your right to stay withdrawn with no refund. Car is necessary for easy access, 5 minutes to the village, 15 minutes to the beach and 45 from Porto airport. Please note that between November 1st and March 31st the pool will be shut down for winter and unheated.
