You might see: deer, raccoons, fox, birds and butterflies, snakes or other small critters. (Occasionally bugs and seldom mice do get indoors however we do take precautions to prevent it.) Bug spray is provided and usually there are citronella candles on the porch. -Please let us know an accurate number for how many guests will be in your party so we can plan and make proper arrangements to clean before the next guests arrive. - Consider bringing groceries and supplies with you, especially if you are arriving later in the day. This is a remote area, the nearest full grocery store is 20 minutes away. Guests check in with a key pad and code. We are available by phone or text. For urgent issues, there is nearby property manager. This home is steps from “downtown” Alto Pass and sits on 4 wooded acres. Just .5 mile from the nearest winery! Duty's Country Store is within walking distance and has basics plus a sandwich shop. Wine trail charter bus service is available. Some dogs are allowed with prior permission (and a $50 additional cleaning fee) in a fenced yard and on a large, enclosed patio.
