Only 11 miles to Notre Dame! Charming 1,500 square foot apartment located in the heart of Buchanan, MI in one of Buchanan's Historic Buildings. The J.M. Roe Building was built in 1867. The apartment, located on the third floor, has a spectacular view of Buchanan. It has two bedrooms, livingroom, kitchen, and laundry room. Minutes away from Lake Michigan, Andrews University, Redbud Motocross, and 20 wineries. Walking distance to local restaurants, parks (bike and walking trails) and shopping. Two flights of stairs to get to this apartment, may not be suitable for everyone. A roll away bed is available upon request. We provide small appliances for your convenience such as microwave, coffee pot, toaster, blender, crock pot and mixer as well as a full set of pots, pans, bakingware, dishes, glasses, flatware, and a roll of paper towels. Kitchen is fully equipped. A high chair is also available. A dvd player is in the livingroom with movies. Free wifi and cable TV. Full access of completely private residence, complete with laundry in the unit. I am available to answer questions or address your needs that may arise. I am always close by in case I am needed. In the same building as your apartment you'll find the Union Coffee Shop and Bucktown Nutrition (Herbalife). Pears Mill is located across the street. Lots of antique stores in the area. Local attraction in the vicinity: Clear Lake, the Wine Trail (Tabor Hill, Roundbarn, Lemon Creek, Hickory Creek, Lehmans, Domaine Berrien and many more), University of Notre Dame, Andrews University, McCoy Creek trail (bike/walking), Fernwood Botanical Gardens, Coveleski Stadium and Redbud Motocross. Multiple casinos in the area, nature facilities, many wineries are very close, Notre Dame is 11 miles, many micro brews nearby, only 60 miles to Kalamazoo and very close to Lake Michigan.
