Perched on top of a residential building you have sweeping unobstructed 180° views of the Sydney harbour, North Sydney and Neutral Bay. The attic studio offers an open plan living, bedroom and bathroom setup. It has been designed with short term rental in mind. Premium materials and finishes have been appointed throughout. Self check-in is avaliable via a lockbox. Although if I'm around I can check you in myself. Please note the studio is part of a dual key apartment. When you enter the unit the doors on the ground floor will be locked and is my residence. The attic is upstairs which has a key locked door for your access. Besides the shared entry room both units are separate and neither party needs to cross into each others unit to access their space. Please note the washer and dryer is under the staircase (in the shared entry room) and is shared between myself and you Most guests appreciate the privacy and separate entry of the attic. Located directly on Sydney harbour enjoy the convenience of catching the ferry at Kurraba Point wharf (5min walk) to connect you to Kirribilli (5mins) or Circular Quay (12mins) to connect you with Sydney Trains. Alternatively the 225 bus will take you to military road for easy connections to the northern suburbs such as Balmoral or Manly. 20min (12km) drive to Sydney airport. Please keep in mind inner city parking can be busy during peak times. It is not uncommon you may need to park on surrounding streets. Parking in the initial vicinity of the attic has a 2hr limit Monday-Friday 8.30am to 6pm. Untimed street parking can be found towards Thrupp Street (10min walk) or Lower Wycombe. Generally more spots become available the further you move away form the harbour.
