Fully equipped kitchen with kitchen table. Lounge with comfortable leather lounge chairs, dining room with solid timber dining table. Also has an office work area, printer and wifi. Seperate laundry, double undercover carport and a large outside deck with table and seating for six people. The house has evaporative cooling which is run by a control box near the laundry door. Please leave some windows and doors open to ensure the cooling system works effectively. You have complete access to the entire house. Make it your home away from home in complete privacy. We do not live on the property but are only a few minutes away. We are available at anytime via mobile phone to assist with any local advice or help you may need. Eltham is a great little village, bustling with life. The area is famous for its art, music, mud brick architecture, natural reserves and walks. Visit the Monsalvat artist colony, town square and local wineries a short drive out of town. Or enjoy dining at one of the many restaurants or bars around the town. Woolworths, Coles and Aldi supermarkets. Specialty shops like bakeries, deli, green grocery store and some of the best coffee in Melbourne. Having your own transport is certainly the most convenient way to get around. Having said that, our house is only 1.5 KM from regular public transport via train or bus that will get you all over Melbourne. We are pet friendly and have a nice backyard for your dog to enjoy. Only toilet trained animals are allowed inside the house. Please respect our place and If there are any accidents, hair, mess or smells, please clean this up thoroughly as there will be extra cleaning charges if this happens and it is not attended to.
