Please BYO BEACH/POOL Towels. The house is ideal for a large or extended family or 2 Family groups who are close friends. It borders on a reserve which leads to the beach. Tennis courts, play grounds, shops & restaurants all within walking distance. The Dunes Golf course is 1.6km away and the Whangapoua Harbour's boat ramp is 2.3kms away. Matarangi is 20km from both Whitianga and Coromandel Townships. Whitianga has large supermarkets, excellent restaurants and cafes, a cinema and the "Lost Spring Thermal Pools & Day Spa". The Coromandel Peninsula is a wonderful little paradise with beautiful beaches, amazing scenery and magnificent walks. There are plenty of attractions for all ages all within 30-60 minutes drive. The entire house, garden and pool are all available to guests. Off Road Parking available for 2 cars. We are based in Hamilton but feel free to communicate with us through email. We have local a Manager who will hand over keys and do a pre- and post stay check. The Coromandel Peninsula is a wonderful little paradise with beautiful beaches, amazing scenery and magnificent walks. Matarangi is a small, family-friendly tourist town on the Coromandel Peninsula, with around 300 permanent residents. It attracts holiday makers from around New Zealand and the world, from back packers to those on international golfing holidays. The population increases to over 7000 during the peak summer period of December to February, when it becomes a vibrant town with many organised Family activities on offer. Good area for walking and cycling. Will need a car to get the nearest main centres. Matarangi is 20km from both Whitianga and Coromandel Township. There are plenty of attractions for all ages all within 30 - 60 minutes drive. We do offer Wifi and a password will be supplied once the booking is confirmed. A standard Cleaning & Laundry fee is charged for all stays but an Extra Fee will be incurred if the house is left in an unacceptable state. This is self catering accommodation but the following are available: Bedding, Linen & Bath Towels are supplied. Body wash, shampoo & conditioner are available. A supply of pantry basics such as tea, coffee, salt & pepper and cooking oil is provided. Paper towelling, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, hand wash, soap, general cleaning products and toilet paper is also available. Please BYO BEACH/POOL Towels.
