Elegant villa between two seas

This completely renovated villa, is located in the middle of the Salento region between two seas, the Adriatic and Ionian and between the cities of Lecce and Santa Maria di Leuca. Set in the centre of a small plot of land surrounded by fruit trees and a pergola of delicious grapes, the villa is composed of 3 bedrooms, for a total of 7 beds (plus a sofa bed in the lounge (or living room)) 3 bathrooms, two of which en suite , lounge (or living/dining area) and a kitchen. The lounge* opens onto a large furnished patio including a large barbeque. Each room has been furnished with care, special attention given to every detail. (the set of dishes, small appliances, the colours of the walls) with the intent of making it cozy, simple and fun. It is fully furnished and equipped with all the comforts (TV, washing machine, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, stove with 5 burners and refrigerator and other small appliances). Small objects of design complete the decor of all the rooms and the walls are decorated with coloured stripes. The villa is situated in a district of Salento, just a few kilometers from the town of Cutrofiano, (one of the homelands of ceramic decorations (not furniture?) which can be reached by a leisurely walk through easily accessible dense olive groves. We are close to Maglie, a beautiful town just 15 km from the sea, ideal stop for your shopping and good food.
