"Al Rence" is an old stable renovated in 2015 and completely used as a residential house, strategically located to easily reach the sea (4km) or the nearby tourist attractions. Suggested for 3 people (max 5), the house consists of: - large living area with kitchen (5 gas hobs, oven), sofa-bed (double bed), TV, fireplace, dining table and the staircase to the terrace - Corridor with window and 1 bed - Large bathroom (sink / shower / bidet / toilet) - Food storage - Small bathroom (sink / toilet) - Terrace on the first floor A pergola with table and chairs is available outdoor Private entrance with electric gate and parking. The house is surrounded by a private garden and agricultural fields whose access is limited. the house is equipped with a video surveillance system (for outdoor areas) that can be switched off by the guests anytime. Guests can access to the house and to the garden. The terrace is accessible, equipped with 1 table, 4 chairs and 1 umbrella (terrace lights are on the walls, plus 1 that guests have to manually connect) Claudia (Co-Host) will contact the guests once the booking has been made and will take care of their reception. Anyway Marco (Host) or 1 of his cooperator will always be available by phone (call or chat) during the stay. THE TOURISM TAX The Bibbona City Council introduced tourism tax from May the 1st to September 30: the tax amount is 1€. It will be applied to non-resident overnight staying, for a maximum of 30 cumulative nights. Children under 14 will be exempted.
