Charming apartment of 30 m2, with insuit bathroom located on the ground floor and has a separate entrance, its own small garden, two roofed terraces and a small kitchenette of its own. Inside you will find a double bed, dining area with the table and three chairs, sitting area and the bathroom. We can also put a baby cot in the room. We pay special attention to the quality of your sleep. Therefore, each room is built with sound insulation and equipped with good mattresses, comfortable bedding and luxury bed linen. You will always feel comfortable in our house, because we built it with high energy efficiency. It is not hot in summer and not cold in winter. You can also use the large kitchen, living and dining area located in the house. In addition to the garden belonging to the apartment, there is a large garden with fruit and olive trees, pergolas are organized there, where you can spend time in privacy. Also in the garden you will find a 6 x 12 m swimming pool with a pergola, umbrellas and sun loungers.
