Conveniently located in the Historic Near Westside of Elmira NY, this fully renovated space merges urban and Victorian charms. The hand selected furnishings are highlighted by beautiful finishes throughout, including granite, tile, stainless, and hardwoods. Self check-in with our digital keypads for your convenience. The Loft is located in the Historic Richardson Row Homes on West Water Street, above the locally famous Finger Lakes House. Also walking distance to downtown dining and just minutes away from the Clemens Center, First Arena, LECOM Campus, Elmira College, and Arnot Ogden Medical Center. Spaces to enjoy include comfortable living room, gourmet kitchen with dishwasher, dining hi-top for 2, luxurious bathroom, cozy bedroom (Queen bed & vermilion colored sofa/bed), and covered deck with incredible view of the Chemung River. You'll have the whole apartment to yourself. The semi-private rear covered deck is shared with one apartment, but the chances of the neighbor using it while you are enjoying it are low. (Please be respectful of noise on the back porch in the evening and night.) Off-street parking is available in our lot across the street at no additional charge. Lindsey and Miriam are available via the Airbnb app or phone, but neither lives on site. We provide guests with door codes prior to check in and try to give everyone their privacy. The Historic Near Westside neighborhood is highlighted by beautiful properties dating back to the 1830s. This location on West Water Street is also walking distance to the more urban downtown. Off-street parking is included for your stay -- We own the large parking lot across the street. Our area is serviced by Uber and Lyft. The Finger Lakes House is located below this apartment. You'll also find Los Panchos restaurant and Roundin' Third sports bar within walking distance. Delivery options include, but are not limited to, Beijing Gardens and Original Italian Pizza (OIP). The Finger Lakes House located below this Loft apartment is a wine and tap house offering seasonal menu options to pair with your glass or flight. **Their hours have been affected by the pandemic, check ahead before planning to visit there** Join them on Tuesday evening for Tacos & Team Trivia or Thursday evening for live music. The place usually buttons up at 11pm and they are closed on Sunday and Monday. Wired with hi-speed internet for your professional or entertaining needs. The network and password are located on the router box beside the living room TV. If coming for an extended stay you may want to bring or plan to pick up your laundry detergent of choice. The washer and dryer are located in the bathroom closet.
