Private, first floor condo located in a gated community designed to be a comfy home base while visiting Southern California. Close to Claremont Colleges, Ontario Convention Center and Pomona Fairplex. Centrally located for day trips to Big Bear, Disneyland, Orange County Beaches, Temecula and Apple Valleys. Two cozy bedrooms (1 queen, 1 twin), a comfortable living room, and a private garden patio offer the perfect location to rest after a busy day. HDTVs in living room and primary bedroom; WIFI, Spectrum Cable and Roku included. Kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, gas range, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, as well as cookware and dishware so you can savor restaurant leftovers, make your own meals, or enjoy a cup of coffee to start your day. You'll enjoy a clean condo with fresh linens, bath and pool towels. Hair dryer and iron provided. The condo also includes a washer/dryer for your convenience. You’ll have the entire condo to yourself (not shared); and enjoy condo community amenities such as sharing the pool, hot tub, laundry room, tennis court and playground area. You'll be given a key code the day prior to your check-in so that you can arrive and depart without having to worry about keys. The condo includes one reserved covered parking space and access to a guest parking space; a remote controlled gate opener will be provided during your stay. Let me know if you need a second parking space and a second remote in advance. We have a parking complex with 150 other tenants. 2 pm to 4 pm…. I do try to buzz guest in but sometimes that is not possible when guests arrive. Following other cars into the complex is allowed, since it is remote access. Beyond 4 pm, guests will need to wait for cars to come into the complex to safely follow them in. I'll be available for any questions through the Airbnb App during your stay. This is a quiet 150 condo complex; family-oriented and with a park like feel to it. It is located around a mix of businesses and other condos and apartments. Target, Walmart, Costco, supermarkets and a range of restaurants are within a 10 minute drive of the complex. Nearby airports include Ontario International Airport (15 minutes) and John Wayne Airport (38 miles). Take the light rail train (gold line) from nearby Azusa into downtown Los Angeles. This condo is directly (15 minutes) south of the Claremont Colleges. 1. Parking Remote to access the parking complex once you self check-in. 2. My Home Owners Association (HOA) does not allow activities that may disturb others after 10PM. 3. No pets are allowed as stated in the Airbnb's Policy.
