Our apartment of 62m2 has 2 bedrooms, bathroom, lounge/kitchen. The apartment has its own entry and a terras with furniture is at your disposal. Pets are welcome. Your car can be parked in the vicinity.Apartment The apartment is provided with electrical heating with its own meter and will be billed separately at the end of your stay. The lounge is provided with a woodstove. Bedding etcetera will be provided and changed one a week. There is a washing machine at your disposal. Costs are 3,50 euros per wash detergent included. You have access to our property of 7ha (we have also a campsite). On the campsite 2 small swimming pools are at your disposal. At your disposal there is a huge amount of touristic information. We also have a lot of descriptions for hiking. For all your questions we are available. The reception is open from 9 PM till 10 AM We are situated 2,5 km north of Ambert where you will find all necessities. Marketplace, shopping mall, small shops, bars, restaurants etcetera. In Ambert there is also a lake for swimming at your disposal. Situated in a nice park with facilities for children and free access. For the fishermen; the river is at 200 m from our site. A touristic train travels from Ambert to La Chaise Dieu or Thiers. See the website of Agrivap In the surrounding areas there are plenty of possibilities for hiking mountain biking and other activities. The apartment is situated at 2,5 km from the town center where there are buslines available. The nearest airport is in Clermont Ferrand at 80 km. There is only a touristic train available in Ambert. If you will be staying with more then 4 people, please contact us before making your reservation. Price on AirBnb for extra persons are only displayed for the low season, for other seasons an other price will apply. For the HIGH SEASON (july and august) the MINIMUM stay is 3 nights. The use of electrical heating will be measured and billed separately for a stay of 2 nights or more. For 1 night a fixed fee applies as follows: september and april 3,10 euros, october and november 4,20 euros and december till march 5,20 euros. The costs for heating will be billed on site. For alternative arrival and departure hours please contact us in advance. With arrival after 9 AM please inform us in advance.
