Waterbury Center Studio Apt.

Village setting, convenient to Stowe and Waterbury, 1/4 mile from Rt. 100. Nice room with queen bed. Kitchenette, 2nd sleeping area, sitting area, wireless internet and cable TV. Private entrance, off street parking. (No smoking) This is a large room at the back of our renovated barn with a kitchenette, sitting area, queen bed area separated by a half wall and a private bathroom with shower. There is a built-in bed at the lower level near the entry that can accommodate an additional person or couple comfortably. Access is by a separate entrance at the back of the renovated barn. The studio apt. has a small fridge, The kitchen area is outfitted and more than adequate for most breakfast and lunch needs. We are friendly and enjoy chatting but are happy to be invisible when appropriate. We know a great deal about our region and are happy to share this information. It is relatively quite and safe. We are seven miles from the popular village of Stowe and about four miles from Waterbury village. There are lots of restaurants within about a ten-twelve minute drive. Burlington and Lake Champlain are about 35 miles from our house. From Rt. 100 there is a limited public bus service to Stowe and Waterbury. In Waterbury there are connections to Burlington and Montpelier on designated days. Ride services or taxied should be planned in advance because of limitations in hours and scheduling in our area. We are close to the Waterbury Reservoir, central Vermont's largest lake and the Cold Hollow Cider Mill, one of Vermont's most popular attractions and its Apple Core luncheonette . Jane speaks a bit of both French and Spanish. I have great fluency in skiing and biking matters.
