Perfect for a family holiday! The house is situated in a quiet 3-house hamlet and close to a small working farm. Around you are large fields and hiking paths. Walk 10 minutes to refresh yourself on the borders of the Semme river (fishing possible) and walk in the shadow of the small woods. 3km away, the picturesque village of Châteauponsac, nicknamed “The Pearl of the Gartempe”, offers shops, supermarket, pizzeria, bar-restaurant, pharmacy, bank, library, museum and farmers' market on weekends. The whole house and garden are private and fully accessible. We are a French couple and live close to the house.
