Comfortable, Spacious, Convenient and close to every thing. 4 bedrooms and 3 toilets. Aircond only 1 in master bedroom. We DONT have wifi and cable TV such as Astro/HyppTV or Njoy. Guest can watch MyTV with 18 channel. Every rooms in the house have fans except kitchen & toilets. Toilet roll paper provided upon request. Spacious and comfortable double storey Semi D located at the main road of Jalan Kuantan - Kuala Terengganu in the heart of Kerteh. Walking distance to a Petronas petrol station, convenient store, food stall /restaurant, car wash, Proton service center and ATM machine. Less than 3km drive to Surau / Masjid, Pos Office, self service laundry, Clinics and Mc Donald 24 hours fast food chain. Less than 5km to Mesra Mall, Klinik Rantau Petronas and Petronas Regional Office. We DONT wifi and Astro/HyppTV or Enjoy. Aircond only 1 in master bedroom. Guest can watch MyTV with 18 channel. Toilet roll paper provided upon request. The entire house is your except our main balcony I will not be at the property but as your host I will be contactable at any time. Your privacy guaranteed, you will have everything to yourself at all times. Mesra Mall is only 5 mins drive McDonald 24hours is only 3mins drive Grab is now in Kerteh DURIAN and Alcohol strictly NOT allowed inside the house. RM400 will be fine as penalty. Please dont wear shoes in the house. We have staircase with handrail and double decker bed, children aged below 6 year old must be under adult supervision. Please do not take anything that is not yours. Due to security reason we will NOT allowed guests to have access to our main balcony. Nevertheless guest will have access to the smaller size balcony should you want to hang dry your laundry. Strictly NO SMOKING allowed in the house. Guests can be fine RM400 for penalty. We DONT HAVE WIFI and NO Astro/Njoy/HyppTV but we have provide pen drive with a few movies save in it so guest can watch movie(s) No daily housing keeping, if you need to change the towel, bedsheet and blanket additional charges applies. Please let us know if you need us to refurbish soap and toilet paper.
