ACOSS Art studio with garden in Yerevan

Our art studio with one bedroom is a separate building on main road with a garden. It is comfortable and has great aura located on Roubinyants st.. There are many shops round and 24 hours open supermarket. Easy to access to all major transportation. I can help you also with airport pick up/drop off and organize sightseeing/cultural tours in Yerevan and outside of it. There can be also traditional Armenian meal and cooking training from my mother's and grandma's receipts. It is an art studio, in Zeytun district of Yerevan, near where I am living with my large family. There is a garden, planted by my grandfather in between my home and the studio, recently renovated, official opening happened in the 17th June, 2018. After the renovation it got 10 m/sq larger living room. There is a big supermarket very close to my place which is open for 24 hours, there are restaurant, fast-food, bakery and many other shops nearby. We are located on the central street and it is very easy to get public transport to every side of Yerevan. I can show my guests around, maybe also take to excursion nearby. The space is comfortable for 2 people but can host 1-2 guests more if there is necessity. Guests will have access to the small kitchen, washing machine, internet. Bathroom, living room and kitchen will be shared if there are more then one guest staying at the same time. Bedroom also can be shared if there are more then 2 people. No any limits juts don't damage the apartment, be accurate. I am very interested to interact with my guests if it is mutual. I am ready to guide them in the city, show how to use transportation, can organize tours to the countryside and historical sides of Armenia for extra fee. They can have my number and call me any time when they need. I run an art centre, my guest can visit it and be engaged in some activates if they want (artists presentation, some community or social art projects, ect.). If I am in travel my wife will replace me. It is nice neighborhood, everybody likes it and finds their own interest and reason why they like. In summer time is really enjoyable to hung out in the café nearby. Mainly it is surrounded with many small fruit, food and dressing shops, bistros, pizzeria, pub. There is a Botanical Garden next to us, about 1 km away. There is another entertainment park about 2 km away from us, called Park of Victory, with very nice panorama view to the City of Yerevan and Mt. Ararat. It is very convenient with public transport, 1-2 min walk to the bus stops. Taxi from city center to there will cost $2-3. If there is no traffic it takes 15 min to get to the city center by bus. There is parking place just in front of the building. The easiest get to the flat from the airport is taxi, since mainly international flights arrive in very early morning and there is no other option. I can arrange picking my guests up from the airport meeting them there for extra charge $ 10-12. For airport pick up and drop off the price will be 16-20 $ total, depending how long will I wait in the airport. It is close to the North Bus Station, where you can take bus to the North of Armenia, Lake Sevan, Dilijan, Ijevan, Tavush... Sometimes I am traveling and at that time I can't be near my guests but there will be a guy replacing me for meeting at the airport, organizing tours or guiding over the city, ect.
