It's possible to have access to every area of the apartment except only for unused bedroom. You can also use the garden in front of the apartment. The Little garden is furnished with a small table and 2 chairs. Ground floor apartment with private entrance. Upstairs there are my parents who will be happy to help you with every little need or advice on how and what to visit in the city( they live in a completely separate apartment) Neighborhood and very quiet area with few cars on the road that makes the stay pleasant. few minutes by car from the historic center, reachable even with a half an hour walk  on cycle / pedestrian path. A few minutes drive from the center, from the Modena Nord exit and from the train station, it is easily accessible by all means of transport. 2 minutes walk from the bus N.5
