The Yellow House Landrum - charming cottage in a delightful town. Cozy, European styled bedrooms, sink in every room, full kitchen. Great central location, yet very private. Described by a visiting TV producer as "iconic", you know you are in Landrum when you see The Yellow House with it's well manicured lawns, signature gazebo and picket fence lined with flower beds. It's private, gracious, convenient and easy to find! As a fully outfitted vacation rental, the entire house, parking, and lawns are available to the guests. The owner or the caretaker meets all guests to show them the house and turn over the keys, live nearby, and are available any time for any questions or problems. The property encompasses the entire end of the block, sharing it with only three other businesses - all closed after 5pm and all weekend. A quiet park is across the street. The town has almost no crime with our property enjoying it's own serene and peaceful corner. Guests can walk to downtown restaurants and shops, but will need personal vehicles to range further. There is also limosine service in the area.
