Located on bike trail with bikes available. 10 minute walk to lake with swimming beach. Lap pool shared with owner, by invitation and with supervision only. Great spot for family get-away or a quiet retreat for work. We live in the main house, which has a separate drive and garage, set back on the 3/4 acre property. Guest house is completely separate and private, with key and key code access, either through the garage or garden doors. We live next door and will be available to help with any needs or concerns. Quiet residential neighborhood. Our house was the original house up on the hill, tucked back from everything and backing up to a ravine. There is a lot of wildlife and we regularly see fox, deer, cayotes, wild turkeys, and of course rabbits. There is a family of cardinals who have lived for years in the yard. Close access to Minneapolis bike trail system, public buses, Shady Oak swimming beach, public parks, good shopping and restaurants, and 20 minutes from airport. 12 miles from downtown. One bedroom with queen sized bed and a separate office that can function as a second private bedroom with fold out cot sized bed. Remaining queen and twin beds are fold outs in living room. Crib available as needed. Total size is 1000 square feet.
