All tariffs include extensive continental breakfast for all guests, delicious afternoon tea, and evening port/sherry/wine. A cooked breakfast is available as an optional extra. A well appointed guest dining room, large all weather undercover patio area complete with outdoor BBQ/Kitchen, gazebo and well appointed guest lounge area with cosy wood fire in winter are all available for guest use. Set on 1acre with landscaped gardens, the Grandhouse York offers the perfect opportunity to rest relax and recharge. We reside on the top floor of the property, but are generally available 24/7 for guest requirements. There is ample free onsite parking for guest vehicles including trailers, bikes and minivans. We will always make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. However, we reserve the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances. All internal areas at The Grandhouse York are non smoking. There is an outdoor covered paved area where ashtrays are provided.
