In the heart of Rowayton with a private entrance, just footsteps from the beach and the village of Rowayton. A new cozy airy apartment with fresh white walls and a colorful mixture of warm woods and crisp colors, giving this vacation rental a Scandia feel! Enjoy a private walk out patio while relaxing and sipping your wine or stroll down to the beach. The space is newly renovated, with a combo of stone, wood, tile and carpet. Simplicity is our objective, with comfort. Guest have parking at the bottom of the drive, which is free. If you arrive by train from the city, we can hustle some bikes, which is our favorite transportation about town. Also very easy to walk. quiet, near a park, easy to walk to most locations. Very easy to drive around or walk. Can arrive by train to local train station. Easy to get to beach, and river. I love giving a bike tours of our little sea side village. We also have kayaks , beach chairs and beach umbrellas available. We want our guest to relax and enjoy our little village.
