Compact & bijou private chalet 10 minutes walking distance west of the beautiful and charming village of Glengarriff. This area is renowned for its aesthetic beauty and un-spoilt landscape and is positioned as the gateway to the Beara Peninsula. The Chalet is very private and just off the main R572 road west of the village. It has all essentials and facilities to make your stay enjoyable and relaxing. The chalet is very private with all essentials to hand. Parking is right outside your door. Guests have full and private access to the Chalet. We are always available should you have any questions or need some assistance. We are always conscious of our guests privacy so our presence is always very discreet. Glengarriff is a beautiful quiet and tranquil location right under the Caha mountains. It has one of the last remaining historic oak forests in Ireland which is located in the nature reserve about a slow 5 minute drive from the Chalet. Bantry bay is directly across the road from us with easy access at many points. Glengarriff bay is renowned for being a safe and beautiful harbour for canoeing, snorkeling and all water sports. Garinish Island is also a must to visit during your stay. We highly recommend this trip to take in the magnificent garden and sea-scapes. The best way to get around Glengarriff is to walk.
