This Beach House Paradise is walking distance to the Beach & the Bay. The house is conveniently located near 3 restaurants. The house is located 15 minutes away from JFK & LIRR to go to NYC and the Long Beach social life! The home is close to all beach catering halls as well. The home is very spacious & comfortable. This is where you can relax and have quality time in a nice neighborhood. The house is equipped to host a big family events. This house can suit all needs while staying in NY. The house is extremely clean open and airy. The house has two living rooms and a great backyard! Great big house! I am not on premises but close by if anything needs to be addressed. I respond quickly to calls and texts. Located at the very tip of a barrier island three blocks wide. Extremely quiet residential area with no pass through traffic only residents. Social Life is very close by. This house provides it all for fun family events or a romantic beach quiet get away.
