Stained Glass Grande Avenue Apartment

The apartment is in a Historical building in downtown Del Norte, CO and is above a restaurant and office space. It is centrally located and in walking distance to local retail shops including a local microbrewery restaurant. It is just a short drive to Wolf Creek ski area and other local attractions, including hiking and biking. The space includes a kitchen with refrigerator, a two burner cook top, microwave, small toaster oven, cooking ware, and plates. The bathroom has a shower only and is stocked with towels. The building does have a shared laundry facility free of charge to our guest. A total of 3 apartment have access to the laundry facility. There are stairs to climb to access the apartment. The apartment is accessed by a code only given to guest. We typically do not meet our guest but we are a short distance away and can usually respond quickly. We might run into each other in the building as we clean and maintain the property ourselves. The neighbor has a lot to offer from restaurants, local retail shops, town park done the road and close to outdoor recreation, such as hiking and biking. There is safe public street parking in front and on the side of the building.
