Double bed simple & welcoming

Couch (sofa convertible into double bed), located in the living-room, it is private (door to close the room). A sunny balcony aside allows you to have a view on the car-park, street and trees below. You will share bathroom and kitchen with us. Our apartment is not unique. It is a colorful, sunny, quiet, simple, modest place but welcoming and friendly ! :) You can use our kitchen (micro-wave and fridge), bathroom, water-closet and balcony. I'll help you pick good restaurants around, I can lend you books in English version, I can make suggestions on where to go and sightseeing. I can also provide wi-fi connexion. I live in a small town close 3,5 km to VILLEFRANCHE-SUR-SAONE, the headquarter of the Beaujolais wine area. Jassans-Riottier has two supermarkets, a library, opticians, flower shops, banks, a small theater, sports resorts, high-school, a couple of restaurants, a big green park along the Saône river. About Jassans-Riottier is located 30 km North from LYONS, (18,64 miles) the third biggest city of France. If traveling by car, you can discover the surroundings : VILLEFRANCHE-SUR-SAO€NE (Capital of the Beaujolais wine area)and nice typical villages of the Beaujolais areathe Middle Ages town of Perouges, the 15th century castle of Bagnols, etc. (URL HIDDEN) Of course, you can also sightseeing the BEAUTIFUL CITY OF LYONS ! (URL HIDDEN) It is better to come by car, by train or eventually land at Saint-Exupery airport. From my place if you want to go to Lyons you can either take the A6 highway or the TER train from Villefranche-sur-Saone station. From/To Lyons by trains : TER trains, from the National railway company called SNCF with (URL HIDDEN) Buses : lign 1 (URL HIDDEN) (French only) Apartment at the 3rd floor of a building, located beside a small shopping center (fast food, pizzeria, bank, hairdresser, beauty saloon, drug store) Very convenient !
