This is a light filled, one bedroom apartment with a comfortable Queen sized bed. There is also a sofa bed with a proper mattress which can sleep 2 people in the lounge room. You have your own private entry, a modern ensuite bathroom & kitchenette. There are magazines and loads of interesting things that have been collected over a lifetime to inspire. Each item has a story about how it arrived to be there, or your welcome to make up stories about them if you like. We want you to RELAX and have FUN while your here. What is included: 3 types of cereal, milk and juice which should last 3-4 days. Tea & coffee are also supplied but for longer stays you can buy food at the local supermarket. You have your own microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer, cutlery, plates, mugs & glasses. We have even supplied wine glasses for those that might buy something at one of the local Mornington Peninsula wineries. You are fully self contained so it should be like a home away from home. There is a small private courtyard off the bedroom and you have your own private entrance. There is a growing DVD movie collection, DVD player & 55" LCD TV with local TV channels . FREE unlimited WiFi internet. Free Netflix. We are both very approachable and if you would like more information about our lovely area, restaurants, recommendations etc, we would happy to chat. Alternatively, if your looking for some peace and quiet then there is plenty of that here too. We do have three young children though and they do enjoy the shared backyard. The neighbourhood is safe with many younger families and some lovely older people. If you are staying for more than a few days you can restock on supplies at our local Woolworths supermarket, which is adjacent to the beach and about a 5 minute walk from home. Frankston is a major shopping area on the bay and is a few stops away on the train or bus. There are many restaurants to choose from in Frankston as well as a movie theatre complex and arts centre with live plays, musicals etc. There is free onsite parking and a private entrance. Buses stops in both directions are literally at our front door. The train to Melbourne CBD is on the Frankston Line and our station is Seaford Station. You are about a 7-10 minute walk to the station and it takes 50 minutes to get to the city. You will pass through some of Melbourne's nicest leafy suburbs on your way. Children under 2 years of age can stay for free. Children over 2 years old and adults pay an extra $20 each per night for bedding, towels and use of the sofa bed. Washing Machine & Dryer are available for $5 each/load. (Washing Powder included)
