This bright and airy upstairs apartment is charming and inviting. You’ll have everything you need for a lovely stay. Each room has a queen sized bed and there are 2 roll-away cots. Close to state trails, the Eisenhower Locks, Massena Intake boat launch, and only a few miles out of town. It sits on the Grasse River on a dead end road, and has plenty of room for boaters with a trailer. Guests may use the large 2 acre front lawn with a play ground for children. Guests with boat trailers have ample room for parking. Two roll-away beds allow for 2 extra guests along with 1 queen bed in each room. Additionally, there is a futon which can be utilized for a bed in bedroom 1. Guests have the entire upstairs apartment with a large deck with space for dining outside. There are 2 parking spots at the far side of the garage. Enter the apartment onto the large deck. Use the keypad to unlock the door. The code will be given before your arrival. We will give you space while you visit however will we be available via phone or text as quickly as possible should a concern or question arise. While the property is out of town, it is a short drive to nearby trails for walking or a visit to the nature center. Barnhart is also very close as well as numerous boat launches. Amvets members can access their venue down the road which is in walking distance from the property. You will need to get around by vehicle.
