Tranquil setting on 6 acres. Studio apartment is separate to main house and has own kitchenette and bathroom. A car is essential as there is no public transport. A variety of beaches, bush walks and wineries are all within an easy hour drive. Breakfast is included for stays of less than a week, farm fresh eggs included when the hens choose to provide some. The apartment is suitable for a couple or small family if you can provide the extra bedding. This apartment is ideal for couples and singles, for short and long term stays. The space contains a queen size bed and there is room for a blow up mattress or cot for a child. You will need to bring your own bedding for your child and there is no extra cost. There is a kitchenette with a bar fridge, electric hotplate and microwave. There is a table or kitchen bench for meals. Tea and coffee facilities are provided. The space includes a full ensuite bathroom. There is a reverse cycle air conditioner for cooling and heating as well as a ceiling fan. A washing machine is available. Guests have private access to the studio apartment and full access to the outdoor areas shared with the hosts. There are 2 dogs who live here so the gate is usually closed. The dogs can easily be locked up when guests are around. We will offer as much help as you would like. We understand that different guests have different expectations so let us know if you need anything from us. Quiet, semi rural neighbourhood. Centrally located for visits to the beautiful vineyards of the Hunter Valley or beaches from Nelson Bay to Newcastle. You will need your own transport as there is no public transport in the area. Plenty of parking space on the property.
