Cosy villa for a big family or two nearby Lund

Our house is modern, kidsfriendly and functional. It’s situated in a small village with neighbors on two sides and forest on the remaining sides. The forest is great for beautiful walks or if you enjoy to take a run. There is a nice playground about 500 meters from the house. You’ll find a skatepark and an outside gym about 800 meters from the house. Groceryshopping is in the nearest town Kävlinge, about 3 kilometers from the house. You can easily travel by bus and the station is 500 m away. If you like it quite and calm our house is spacious and greatly situated right by the forest. You can enjoy Lund with only 15 minuters by car at the same time as you can take a swim in the ocean and have a beachday in Bjärred or Barsebäck ten minuters by car. We have everything a family with children needs when it comes to chairs, toys, beds etc and are happy to lend it to you during your stay. The house has four bedrooms and two livingrooms. We usually use one livingroom for reading, playing boardgames and having dinner with friends while we use ”the kids livingroom” for playing and watching movies. The two bathrooms offer one with shower and one with bathtub. We’re happy to answer any questions by sms, phonecall or e-mail. Which ever way that is most convenient for our guests. We love our house and have great neighbors. We enjoy the calm and silent location of our house and that we easily can get into the city or have a beachday only minutes by car away☀️ The easiest way to get around is by car but the bus takes you straight to Lund or Kävlinge and is a short walk from the house. From Lund or Kävlinge you can then go straight to Malmö or Copenhagen and so on. Since the nearest foodmarket is three kilometers away, you might want to consider bringing some food straight away. Theres a restaurant in Furulund and they bring your orders to the door if not👍🏻😊
