2 bedroom single storey house on 8 acres. Tiles throughout the house and patio for easy maintenance. Ceiling fan in lounge. Large patio area for alfresco dining. Huge bbq. 8 acres. Rural setting. Tank water. Pool fencing around the house. Tin Can Bay is 25 minutes drive. Rainbow Beach is a 40 minute drive. Cooloola Coast, gateway to Fraser Island. Prefer long stay guests. House in a rural setting. It is located on the backpackers route to Rainbow Beach and Fraser Island. It is about 15 minutes drive to Gympie. we have been away a while and the road has washed out quite a bit and is in poor condition, so a 4WD would be needed (if it has been raining) to get up the hill comfortably. The grass needs cutting, . Creek running through. Would like to be able to discuss with potential guests so they know what the situation is.. This is a lived in home but while guests are there we try to be away as much as possible. Some personal belongings will be in the house but these will be clearly marked as such. I will be available if needed. Rural setting on the main road to Tin Can Bay/Rainbow Beach/Fraser Island. There is a petrol station /convenience store within walking distance. Not close to public transportation. There is a railway station about 10 minutes drive away. The bus is a wave and hail but some drivers are not particularly amenable to that.. Taxi's are available but a bit expensive. A car is a must. The driveway is 500m so good for a walk if you so wish.
