1 light & spacious double room to rent in Rushden

Good Sized furnished double room 4.5m by 3m in size to rent in a quiet part of central Rushden. Tea, coffee and cereal for a light breakfast all provided I am looking for a professional, friendly, respectful and tidy individual to rent my room in my home, for business workers in town or for longer tenants. 15 minutes by car to Wellingborough Train station, 20 minutes to Bedford Station, 20-30 mins by car to Northampton and a 40 minute drive to Milton Keynes I am a live in landlady, who owns the house with my sister. She has a room in the house but spends most of her time in London, so it is usually just myself and my cat. The house Includes: A Small Fully Fitted Kitchen including Fridge Freezer, oven, Combination oven/Microwave, washing machine Sky Broadband A Low maintenance Garden, mostly decked Gas Central heating Use of the shared main bathroom - I only use this for a bath now and again as I have my own En-suite and my sister uses it when she is here, but that is not very often. Sorry but no pets as I already have a cat. The Property does have a single driveway where I park my car, so parking would be on the street, unless I am not at home. I am a shift worker which sometimes includes nights so I can be at home at strange times of the day. I am currently working from home I can be contacted by telephone any time of the day The property is located in the oldest part of town in a Mews in the site of an old shoe factory. The town centre and shops are just a 10 minute walk away. 35 minute walk or 5 minutes is Rushden Lakes shopping centre, which has shops, restaurants, cafes and a cinema, as well as walking and cycle paths. Wellingborough station is 15 minutes drive, and Bedford station is 20 minutes drive. Parking is on the road. For people who don’t drive, the town is accessible on foot or bike, with greenways that link up to Rushden Lakes, stanwick Lakes and all the way to Thrapston Please note that I get a lot of people enquiries for a stay close to Northampton university. I am not in Northampton, so anyone would need their own transport (25-30min drive) as the bus takes 2 hours
