La Maison De Gerbaix is a quiet place in the countryside, very easily accessible 5 minutes from the A43 motorway exit. The nearest village is 2 km away and has all the shops you need. Greenery, small birds, nice view of hills and mountains, you can relax in peace. Free parking. Your private space is located on all the 1st floor of the house. It includes 2 rooms, 1 bathroom with WC, 1 relaxation area with a sofa and a library. Shared spaces: on the ground floor: living room, dining room, kitchen, garden, petanque court, terraces. I have also developed "rallies" to discover in a fun way the cities of Chambéry, Aix les Bains, Annecy. I can accompany you on cultural visits and serve as a tourist guide.
