Ideally situated, you'll only need 20mn to reach the beautiful vendean beaches and their great surfing spots, and you will sit right at the boarder of the Marais Poitevin. 1h from Nantes and La Rochelle, 30mn from Les Sables d'Olonne. All amenities (big supermarket, doctors, pharmacies...) available in Luçon, 5mn by car. With 4 bedrooms and 6 beds, 2 terraces, 2 garages and a fully equipped kitchen, the house is ideal for groups and families! The house is our family vacation retreat, we take good care of it!
