3 Bedroom Bungalow 100meters from Portmellon Beach

Beach Haven, is situated 100 meters from the pretty Portmellon cove. There is a popular pub and a beach shack offering drinks and snacks. Recently furnished with all new furnishings and equipment for comfort. Beach Haven has 3 double bedrooms Bedroom 1 has a king bed and en-suite with bath, bedroom 2 has a king bed and single sofa bed and bedroom 3 has twin beds. There is a pretty private garden where you can enjoy dining outside. Out the front you can see the sea, a glimpse. Good sized rooms, spacious kitchen, bathrooms. Parking on drive for 2 cars I’m not available in person, but any problems let me know as we use Flint holiday company to manage beach haven. Residential The property has a drive that can fit a car on and one car can be parked outside. In the summer Portmellon like most Cornish escapes can get busy. The beach is just a minutes walk away and there are pretty costal walks around Chapel point that leads you too a small quiet beach Colona Beach which is not shown on the map. Mevagissey is a 15 minute walk away where there are plenty of shops and eateries. Book to avoid disappointment. Sharksfin and Brassiere 5 offers great food and service. There are bakeries here too and a local shop for essentials and boots pharmacy. Mevagissey can get busy in the summer one way restrictions apply between 10-5pm in the summer season. Alternatively you can get to mevagissey via Goran Haven a 15minute detour. There is a small private garden where you can enjoy eating outside. Children should be watched as the garden is terraced with steps leading to the top of the garden.
