Private studio flat with separate entrance

My private and secure studio flat has off-street parking and a separate entrance. It is close to shops, restaurants and clubs, with sporting ovals, tennis club and a golf course within walking distance. Great for solo travelers, couples and business travelers. Veterans from all conflicts, and their familes, are especially welcome. Let me know when you book. The flat is completely self contained, allowing guests to prepare their own meals and do laundry. On request I can provide a continental breakfast - bread and spreads including home made jams - and tea and coffee. Guests have their own bedroom, bathroom, toilet, kitchen and laundry facilities. You can also access a covered outdoor area which is shared, perfect for a morning coffee in the sun or afternoon drinks in summer. The flat is at the rear of my house, with a separate entrance. I will be present during your stay and look forward to making you feel at home. We are located in a quiet suburban area adjacent to a golf course, vineyards and bush corridors that are perfect for walking and bike riding. It's a short walk to the local shops, a sports club bistro and a wide variety of eateries including Turkish, Indian, Chinese, Korean, modern Asian and several cafés. My property has off street parking for guests with security lighting for night time. It's a seven minute walk to the local bus station with regular and direct routes to the University of Canberra, Australian Institute of Sport, ANU and the Parliamentary Triangle. PLEASE NOTE: IMPORTANT COVID-SAFE INFORMATION. PLEASE download the Check-in Canberra app before you arrive and use it every time you visit a venue or business in Canberra. The widespread use of the Check-in Canberra app has been one of the reasons that life in the ACT has almost returned to "pre-COVID normal". We also have a cat, and while she does not have access to the flat, this is something to be aware of if you are allergic to cats.
