Cosy, Comfortable, Quiet Bell Block, New Plymouth

I am double Covid vaccinated and require all guests over 12 to also be vaccinated. This is my family home where I also live. We are situated near the beautiful coastal walkway which takes you walking or cycling into New Plymouth. Near Bell Block beach. Only 8 minutes drive from New Plymouth airport. The world renowned Len Lye centre, beautiful Pukekura park and home to WOMAD the stunning Bowl of Brooklands all 15 minutes drive away. Guests from all backgrounds welcome. Child friendly . 2 bedrooms 1 queen bed 1 double bed There will be a charge of $30.00 per guest after 2 guests . Own lounge and bathroom. Guests have exclusive access of 2 bed rooms, which are bathed in morning sun shine. A 3rd bedroom is down the hall way and looks out to front garden. You have a comfortable lounge with TV and private bathroom. There are tea and coffee making facilities for you to make a drink and relax in your own space. Two of the bedrooms and the guests area are separated from the hosts family living part of the house. Internet available. In accordance with air bnb current Covid restrictions guests are required to maintain a 2 meter distance from host . Continental breakfast provided in your guest area. This includes a choice of 2 cereals, toast and spreads plus tea and coffee. Guests can have as much or as little contact and interaction with host as they wish. Whilst maintaining 2 meter distance .Don't hesitate to ask about local attractions and events. Quiet neighbourhood. Easy access to airport and New Plymouth. An easy 12 minute drive into the centre of New Plymouth . An enjoyable 15 minute walk , which starts at the end of Hua Street ,passing along the picturesque mangati walk way takes you to the fabulous west coast, Bell Block beach. Shops ,Bank, chemist, cafe, The Warehouse store, library, hair dressers, and Thai, Indian, Chinese, pizza,subway,fish and chips takeaway food outlets near by. Summer treat, paradise valley fresh strawberries, raspberries and blue berries 15 minute drive away. Private off street parking . Bus stops near by . Bring your bicycles or hire bikes or a four seater wind wanderer .You can bike, walk , run or skate along the beautiful coastal walk way this can take you all the way along the coast of New Plymouth out to the port. You pass through farm land and feel the salt spray as your 90 minute walk has you hugging the coastline looking out to the stunningly beautiful and ever changing Tasman sea. I have really enjoyed hosting family and friends from China, Japan, Canada, Germany, America , Australia and Ireland . I am relaxed and genuinely interested in people from all around the world.
