Loch Awe Camping Pod 6 with Mountain and Loch View

Cosy camping pod overlooking Loch Awe, with wonderful mountain views. A total of 6 dog friendly pods located adjacent to lochawe in the village of Dalavich, Pod 6 has 1 dbl and 1 sgl bed and a mattress for kids. The village has a shop, licensed cafe & pub (seasonal opening), fishing, boat & bike hire are available nearby. Bring everything you would as if you were camping except the tent, there are shared public toilet facilities with hot water and an outside tap for drinking water. There is a decked area to the front with seats and the pod has lights and heating. Guests have sole access to their own pod and access to the communal fire pit and loch shore, they can also fish from the loch shore with a permit We have contactless check in due to Covid 19 and guest are left on their own to enjoy their stay The camping pods are located next to the tiny forestry village of Dalavich. In the village you will find a pub, licensed café, shop and post office (seasonal opening applies). There are miles and miles of forest walks and cycle paths. Loch Awe has many wee islands to explore including Innis Chonnel, the original seat of the clan Campbell. You can hire a boat and explore the ruins of their 14th century castle. If you like to fish, Loch Awe holds many records including pike.Permit fishing only. Buy permit from Loch Awe Improvement Association. . It’s the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The best way to get around Dalavich is on foot or by bike. We don’t allow boom boxes. No noise or fires are allowed after 10pm. Guests must clean the pod before the leave and remove all their rubbish
