House in a quiet location near Venice and beaches

A quiet house near Venice and the Adriatic beaches. Family home, fully equipped, well adapted to accommodate up to 6 people and 1 baby. The house, simple but comfortable, is located in a quiet little town and is a perfect starting point for various excursions (sea, mountains, art cities) and allows you to enjoy both the calm and the crowd of tourists, whenever you want. Half an hour to arrive in Venice (direct rail), less to join by car the Adriatic and her beautiful beaches (Jesolo, Caorle, ... Completely renovated interior, modern and functional kitchen with everything you need to prepare real meals for a family (large multi-function oven, 5-burner cooking surface, very complete set of kitchen utensils, freezer, storage space, numerous and varied accessories ranging from garlic presses to milk frothers for cappuccino. A large enclosed garden for children and barbecues with friends, sunny fruit trees at your disposal (apricots, figs, pomegranates, kiwis in season...), a small pond with goldfish and water lilies, but also 3 bicycles (one of which is electric) to explore the surroundings. Unlimited high-speed internet (fibre optic) + Wi-Fi, two TVs with terrestrial and satellite antennas, Please note: the Venice lagoon is not only appreciated by tourists: as in many other places, mosquitoes are numerous during the summer. Don't panic: unlike other places, here all the windows of the house are equipped with excellent mosquito nets that will allow you to sleep in peace with your windows open! Travellers have access to the whole house, private fenced garden with mature fruit trees, and private enclosed parking. A self-catering arrival for travellers is possible thanks to the key-box I do not live in the area but will always be available by phone, messenger applications and e-mail. If necessary, my local contact person will be able to solve any problem immediately. The area is very close to the centre but very quiet (single family houses and gardens). The local market is lively and much appreciated by tourists who do not hesitate to leave the shops of Jesolo and Venice to come here to do their shopping on the cheap. Evening passeggiata on the pedestrian precinct or along the Piave, Spritz bars, famous and cheap pizzerias, shops and mini-markets just a few steps away + a large shopping centre nearby and a famous outlet a few kilometres away. Football field and parks with children's games nearby, fishing in the Piave, in the canals, in the sea or in the mountain lakes... Private fenced parking in the grounds of the property. Several bicycles, one of which is electric, are available for you to ride around or do your shopping in San Donà without sweating (no climbs or hills, everything is at sea level). There is plenty of public transport nearby (train and coach to all tourist destinations) and a local bus just a few dozen metres away. A PDF containing a maximum of useful information, addresses and suggestions will be sent to you as soon as the rental is finalised or before you decide, on simple request. An autonomous arrival is foreseen thanks to a secure key box accessible from the outside. A contribution to the costs of cleaning and anti-Covid disinfection is requested from the travellers. This is 50€ and must be handed over immediately to the person responsible for the cleaning or deposited in cash for their attention on departure if this was not possible on arrival.
