Welcome to WoodLea, a luxurious holiday home located in the seaside village of Llansteffan. Sleeping Eight guests WoodLea can be accessed within one ground floor. WoodLea has four bedrooms(one en-suite) Modern kitchen with everything you need. Spacious lounge which has a view of Llansteffan Castle and beach. Wood Lea is within walking distance to the beach. Llansteffan is peaceful and scenic, your perfect staycation. Patio area is spacious complete with a seating area looking out at the beach and Castle. Cosy reading chair in the hallway perfect for reading or just getting some time to yourself. Private Garden with barbecue. Private parking within WoodLea grounds. You can take a walk around the village, the beach, Llansteffan has two parks and if you feel adventurous you can visit Llansteffan Castle. There are plenty of hidden gems to explore! There is an EV charger point a couple of minutes away from the property, located at the main car park at Llansteffan beach. Llansteffan is a peaceful, scenic, seaside village with plenty of things to do. You can take a walk around the village. Visit the beach. Visit Llansteffan Castle. The village has two pubs, a village shop with bakery/cafe/restaurant. Fish and chips takeaway and beach cafe. Bus route available(No service on a Sunday) Taxi(must book in advance) Train Station in Carmarthen Town. Ferry trips across the estuary. (Closed due to COVID restrictions at the moment) Llansteffan is becoming a popular location for films and TV- with our beautiful village appearing on many films and TV programmes recently. Keeping Faith and Six Minutes to Midnight, Save the Cinema, to name a few!
