Within walking distance is the seaside and well-organized tourist resort of Agios Ioannis, with its beautiful large and Blue Flag awarded beach, with fine pebbles. Agios Dimitrios is located about 40 km east of Volos. The property is 3 km from Agios Ioannis Beach. Also the famous beaches of Pelion, Damouchari and Mylopotamos are reachable in 12 minutes by car. Tsagarada is 10 km away. By car it is only 20 minutes from the Ski Center in Chania Pelion. Pets are allowed on request with no extra charge.
