Ours is really amazing and welcoming. Over the years I and my family have furnished it with love for this land. The villa has two floors and is located in a group of houses built in a typical Sardinian style. Very close to the famous beach La Cinta. Our home is really nice and welcoming. It develops over two levels, has 4 elegant bedrooms (two upstairs and two downstairs, one with indipendent entrance) and 4 bathrooms (two are "private bathrooms). The lounge on the upper floor is furnished with two beautiful wicker sofas and lovely, big and white pillows. The lounge downstairs is, instead, more rustic and cozy. The kitchen downstairs is very large and has a big table where you can organize reserved dinners when you don't want eat in the living area upstairs or on the outdoor patio. From the lower level it leads to the first level of the garden with a nice granite building . In addition to the internal staircase you can access the upper floor, from the outside, through a lovely stone staircase. Here you will find a large patio with a table, two beautiful armchairs,a sunlonger and several chairs. Ours is the only one of the row houses to be equipped with private garden while sharing the common areas and the splendid swimming pool of the complex. Guests have access to the entire house and may also require the use of a small room, in addition to the 4 bedrooms, with bunk beds. They can use all that require having, obviously, care. Following the delivery of the keys, home is only for you. We remain at your disposal by phone or messages for any request or clarification. Furthermore, there is the Centro Servizi that takes care of our home during the year. MAKING DISCOUNTS ONLY FOR LONG PERIODS. Puntaldia is a wonderful place. Entirely surrounded by greenery and built strictly in architectural Sardinian style. And it is perfect for any age: for CHILDREN (condo complex pool, tennis courts and football pitches, mini-club, playground) for ADULTS and YOUNG PEOPLE (in the square there are shops, restaurants and bars that organize excellent afternoon appetizers ) and also for OLDER PEOPLE (thanks to the tranquility of the place that also allows pleasant walks along the pretty harbor village). Puntaldia is also perfect for golf lovers thanks to the wonderful nine-hole course and a driving range. Puntaldia is just 20 minutes from Olbia Airport and port and only 30 minutes from the Costa Smeralda. It 's also a few minutes drive from Lu Impostu and Brandinchi beach, and San Teodoro country. Here you will find all the fun for the younger and more. Infact, there are some amazing discos, glamor locals but also the typical sardinian summer stalls. Access to the house is possible from both upstairs and downstairs and also from indipendent room witch also if linked to house internally, being equipped with private bathroom it can be used like "dependance" . Please also be advised that the outside of the garden there are two private parking medium-large spaces. The Cinta beach (one of the most beautiful of Sardinia) is easily reached on foot in 8 minutes via a path or in a couple of minutes by car. We don't provide the bed linen and towels, but don't worry if you need them.. we could arrange with the Centro Servizi that makes also laudry service (they can provide the bed linen and the towels for 20 euros per person) For longer periods, WE ARE PLEASED TO OFFER DISCOUNTS and OFFERTS.
