Comfortable home with plenty of space in quiet neighbourhood. Close to restaurants, shops, schools, parks and hospitals. 25 minutes drive to Melbourne CBD via freeway. Quick private access to house; park in garage or driveway and step into home. Master Bedroom with ensuite, large lounge, a family room, fully equipped kitchen, laundry, 2 flat screen tvs, free wifi, gas ducted heating and air conditioner and private backyard for enjoyment. Near beautiful Ruffy Lake Park/children's playgrounds. Master Bedroom has 1 queen bed with ensuite, bedroom 2 has 2 single beds. Further 2 air mattresses for additional guests. Additional costs applies. Separate lounge, family room and tvs in lounge and master bedroom. Bedroom 2 has two single beds. Bathroom with separate shower, bath and separate toilet. Kitchen has large fridge, gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, utensils, etc. Laundry has washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board and clothes hangers. A starter pack of coffee/tea/milk, detergent, washing powder and 1 set of towels per person is available as well. Have morning coffee/breakfast in front patio or rear courtyard while children play in backyard. Walk to restaurants, shops, parks, Doncaster East Secondary and Primary School and take a bus or drive a short distance to Doncaster Shopping Town or Box Hill Shopping Centre/train station and restaurants. Guess has free access to the whole house. I will let guests know if there are details that will impact on their stay. Bus stop is on the road near entry to George on Doncaster East. Take the bus to Melbourne using the Myki card or to other suburbs. Check with MET Guide. Melbourne city is a 25 minutes drive from the unit via the freeway which also gives easy access to Box Hill Shopping Centre - Asian restaurants and eateries, Chatstone Shopping Complex, south east to Philip Island - Penguins Parade, Mornington Peninsula beaches and to Ringwood which is the gateway to the Dandenong Hills, Yarra Valley Wine District and Emerald Lake - the Puffing Billy
